In the event of a defect or malfunction, 100%BATTERIES will provide a replacement power bank or cable within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the request for a replacement.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling of the power banks or cables. 100%BATTERIES reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the returned products show evidence of such damage.
