Each power bank includes four charging units with four outlets each, and 16 charging cables: 10 for iPhone devices and 6 for Android devices

Each charging unit features a sleek acrylic frame, designed to elegantly display printed menus or any other information you wish to showcase. For an enhanced visual impact, the unit’s LED lights can be illuminated, casting a vibrant glow to attract attention

What is the rental rate for the power banks?

The rental rate for one power bank is $39.99 per month. The rates decrease for larger quantities, with three or more power banks costing $34.99 per month each, and five or more power banks costing $29.99 per month each. In other words, the power banks can be rented for as low as $0.06 per day per outlet

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period for the power banks is six (6) months.

Can customers rent the power banks for a shorter period than the 6-month minimum?

No, the minimum rental period is 6 months. However, we are happy to discuss options to extend the rental period beyond the initial 6 months to better suit your needs

How can customers add more power banks to their rental?

Customers can easily add more power banks as needed by contacting 100%BATTERIES.

Does 100%BATTERIES handle the delivery and setup of the power banks?

Yes, we handle the delivery and setup of the power banks at no additional charge. Our goal is to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible for you, our valued partner

What is the process for requesting a replacement if a power bank or charging unit is damaged?

If anything breaks, simply call us, and we will bring replacement units right away. There is no limit on the number of replacements you can request during the rental period

What happens if a power bank or charging unit is damaged or missing?

If a power bank or any charging unit is broken or missing due to actions attributable to the client, the client agrees to pay a penalty of $250 per power bank or $40 per charging unit. However, we understand that accidents happen, and we are here to work with you to find the best solution

How quickly can customers expect a response to their support inquiries?

Are there any setup or maintenance fees involved?

Is there a security deposit required for the power banks?

A $130 deposit per power bank is needed, but it’s fully refundable when the power banks are returned in good condition. This process is designed to be easy and transparent, ensuring peace of mind for you

Can the power banks be used outdoors?

Definitely! Our power banks are perfect for outdoor areas, just remember to bring them inside in case of rain since they’re not waterproof. This ensures they stay in top condition to serve your guests
